Shipping:

RG Industries ships most orders the same day that the order is placed, this of course depends on availability and the time that is needed to complete your order. Most orders 150lbs. and under will ship via UPS ground, prepaid unless otherwise instructed. Freight charges will be added to your order once it ships and those charges along with the tracking number will be available to you the next day after shipment. Due to our close proximity to the UPS hub, we are able to ship your order as late as 5pm PST, as long as we have the item in stock. Should you prefer that your order ships via a different carrier such as Fedex, please inform your sales representative when you place your order. We also offer the option of shipping your order using a specific account number (freight collect) or COD.

There are many options regarding how your product is shipped when you order from RG Industries. Your orders can be shipped overnight, 2nd day air, 3rd day select, and standard ground, which generally takes about a week coast to coast. Our experienced shipping department can ship your order to any point on the globe with the proper information. International shipments are no problem as well, and we will assist you with the neccessary paperwork to speed your order through customs in a timely manner. In the event that your order weighs over 150lbs, or is too large to safely ship via UPS, you will be notified by either your sales representative or our shipping department with other shipment alternatives. We have a group of reputable carriers that we use and will be able to ship your order via the safest and most economical method to better suit you, the customer.

In the rare instance that you received your order damaged, please notify your sales representative immediately so we can send you a replacement. The carrier will need to have the item ready for inspection and/or pick up, so please note that it is very important that you keep the container and all original packing material so that a claim can be filed in a timely manner.
If your item was damaged, your sales representative will ship out a replacement item, or a Return Material Authorization (RMA) so that you can receive proper credit. If you wish to return the item, please ensure you have received your RMA, we will not be able to accept the item if you don't have it. If there is any other problem with your order, again please contact your sales representative right away, and we will do everything we can to correct it. We will do everything we can to facilitate you in filing a claim for the damaged freight. Remember, it is your responsibility to properly package the returned material and file a claim if needed.

Returns:

If you wish to return an item for any reason, please contact Nicole Bellia (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or your inside sales representative and request the required RMA, and remember that no returns will be accepted after 60 days from the shipment date. Please note, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns.

Once you have received your RMA, you may then send back the material. Please also be aware that you cannot debit an invoice for the amount without first being issued the credit. Once you receive your credit you may debit that amount from a payment, however you must first show proof of delivery and the invoice number.

*Please also note that when returning your item, it must be packaged properly to avoid any damage in transit back to us. No credit will be issued for items that are returned to us damaged or incomplete.
