Regardless on the time; morning, day, or night, we will be here to prepare one of our products to ship or deliver, that same day or the next. We know that while many things are standard within the industry, every so often there are some questions that still need answering. With over 35 years of experience, we have trained experts who are here to answer these questions.
In the field it is not uncommon to come across some equipment that is out dated, or out of production. Faded labels or broken/damaged parts are just some of the effects of age, which can hinder your ability to properly identify products. With RG Industries' On-Site Identification, those issues can be alleviated, and when your shutdown happens, you can be assured and confident that you have the proper equipment the first time.

RG Industries knows that we are in the need-it-now business. Many times orders can be weeks out from the factories, which can hinder the speed of production and often times leave many companies without power. This is why RG Industries offers the Repair & Rental option. Not only does it save time and money, but with over 35,000 sq. ft. of inventory, we probably have what you need, when you need it; now.
You and your company can save money by renting a replacement and sending your existing product to us for a possible repair rather than purchasing one. Take advantage of our In-House Quality Assurance Program, On-Site testing facility, and experienced certified technicians by having them evaluate your product (in many cases, free of charge). If it can be repaired, your savings begin. Utilizing this system is very easy; we will ship out a temporary rental replacement that can be used, to keep your company up and running until your product is ready. With one of the most comprehensive inventories in America, rest assured that we have what you need. In the rare instance we do not have your required product; we can attain it through one of our reputable resources. Once you send in your product for inspection, our technicians will evaluate it. Once evaluated, if a repair is possible, your experienced salesman will contact you and inform you of your options as well as potential repair cost.
